To review a claim, we may require your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your request is approved, BRÛLÉ may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition in order to be considered for any approved return or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Orders refused at delivery, fake orders, or repeated abusive behavior may result in refusal of future purchases and possible blacklisting.
